Counsel lookup
Who represents a company in Europe?
Official registers record who owns a right. IPRATE also records who filed it. Enter an applicant or company name to see the registers it filed in and the firms that filed for it, from EUIPO, the EPO and the national offices of 32 European countries.

What you get, and what you do not
- Every register and right type the applicant filed in, with the number of filings and the number of firms involved, is shown in full.
- The five firms with the most filings are named, with their filing period and a link to their IPRATE profile where one is published. The rest of the list is a commissioned analysis.
- Counts are observations in the held corpus, one per right, at firm level. They are not market share and they do not prove absence: self-filed applications and filings handled from outside Europe are not in the corpus.
- Names are matched as filed. A company that files under several legal names appears as several candidates; pick the one you mean.
