What does tracked, not yet rated mean?
The firm appears in the registers IPRATE holds, but no cohort of its filing record has cleared the publication thresholds. IPRATE publishes only what enough finished work supports and says nothing about the rest. It is not a negative rating.
Why can I not find my firm at all?
Most often the filings are recorded under a former name, a trading name, a transliteration or an individual attorney, so they sit under a different entry. Request the report and reply to it with the alternative names and any office identifiers; connecting them is ordinary maintenance work and carries no charge.
Can a firm pay to be rated or to move up a tier?
No. Ratings are computed from official filing and outcome records. Paid products change presentation, delivery or visibility share, never a score, a tier, a rank, a confidence grade or eligibility for a rating.
What is in the emailed report?
Every published cohort the firm holds, with tier, confidence grade, the six pillar values as shown on its profile, the cohort size and its rank, plus the registers its filings sit in and what would change a missing rating. It states the release and methodology version it was computed from.
