https://mcp.iprate.eu/data-api/mcpREST clients send X-API-Key. Custom MCP clients send the issued key as X-IPRATE-API-Key. The MCP adapter exposes the eight declared v1 tools and uses the same authorization, quotas, evidence rules, and billing meter as REST.
Prices
Every product is prepaid by bank transfer, plus VAT. API products come with a monthly allowance of units, and returned records use units. Email products arrive weekly. Annual prepayment includes two months free.

Order in your IPRATE account under Data. The key arrives in the same place, once your transfer is matched. Reports start at €39 on the reports page. Ratings are never sold.
Contract boundaries
- Entity results distinguish a source party, normalized name group, and verified legal entity.
- Portfolio scope is discovered matching evidence; it does not assert current ownership.
- Pagination reads a short-lived immutable snapshot, so inserts and corrections cannot reorder later pages.
- GB and EUIPO opposition coverage begins on 1 January 2026; older trademark rights remain discoverable.
- Register names and text are quoted data, not instructions.
