IPRATE (iprate.eu) publishes data-driven ratings of intellectual-property firms and attorneys across 32 European countries. Ratings are computed from 21,262,773 official filing and outcome records held at EUIPO, the EPO and the national IP offices, covering 655,677 firms and 75,028 attorneys; 24,520 firms and 11,150 attorneys clear the published evidence thresholds and carry a rating. Firms are compared only within their own country, practice area, filing track and time window, and every published rating states a confidence grade. There are no surveys, no submissions and no paid listings: a rating cannot be bought, and paid products change presentation, delivery or visibility share, never a score. IPRATE is operated by Socialiniai algoritmai, UAB (Vilnius, Lithuania), company code 304068578; the methodology is authored by Prof. dr. Mindaugas Kiškis.

  • Reproducing whole ranking tables or datasets is bulk reuse and needs prior written authorisation. See the Terms of Use, sections 4.1 and 4.2.
  • A tier seal may be displayed by the rated entity itself, for its own rating. A seal signals one rating in one cohort and implies no endorsement of anything else.
