IPRATE (iprate.eu) publishes data-driven ratings of intellectual-property firms and attorneys across 32 European countries. Ratings are computed from 21,357,008 official filing and outcome records held at EUIPO, the EPO and the national IP offices, covering 599,710 firms and 73,881 attorneys; 23,918 firms and 10,785 attorneys clear the published evidence thresholds and carry a rating. Firms are compared only within their own country, practice area, filing track and time window, and every published rating states a confidence grade. There are no surveys, no submissions and no paid listings: a rating cannot be bought, and paid products change presentation, delivery or visibility share, never a score. IPRATE is operated by Socialiniai algoritmai, UAB (Vilnius, Lithuania), company code 304068578; the methodology is authored by Prof. dr. Mindaugas Kiškis.
