Introduce IPRATE analytics to the people who need it

IPRATE answers questions about European IP from the official registers it holds: who files what, who represents whom, and what changed this week. Those answers are sold as analytics products, and they are sold and delivered by IPRATE. If you already serve the companies, advisers and platforms that need this evidence, you can introduce them and leave the rest to us.

The programme covers analytics products only. Ratings, tiers and the visibility features of rated profiles are outside it: nothing a partner does reaches a rating, and no partner is paid in connection with one.

What partners introduce

Portfolio discovery
Trademark, design and patent filings by applicant name or source identifier, across the European registers IPRATE holds.
Representative intelligence
Who files and manages rights: representative profiles, filing activity, aliases and classes.
Register feeds
Scheduled deltas of new oppositions, status changes and portfolio movements, delivered daily or weekly.
Fixed-scope reports
Representative maps, counsel shortlists and foreign-associate benchmarks, priced per report and bought without an account.
Scoped analyses
Questions no register search box answers, answered from held data and quoted per request.

The analytics page describes the held data, its coverage and how a question is scoped.

Who it is for

  • IP management and docketing platforms whose users manage European portfolios and need the registers resolved to who filed what.
  • IP service providers in renewals, watching, searching and translation, whose clients ask who files and manages rights.
  • Consultancies and market analysts working on European IP markets, competitor filings or counsel benchmarking.
  • Advisers to corporate IP departments choosing and reviewing outside counsel across jurisdictions.

How it works

  1. 1ApplyTell us who you serve and which products fit them. Applications are read by a person; approval comes with a partner code and a link.
  2. 2IntroduceName the organisation you are introducing, or share a link carrying your code. The first partner to register an organisation holds the introduction.
  3. 3IPRATE sells and deliversScoping, quoting, contracting, delivery and support stay with IPRATE. Commission is paid on what the customer actually pays, on the terms in your partner agreement.

Terms

Commercial terms are set out in the partner agreement and agreed at approval; they are not published. What every agreement says: commission is paid only on IPRATE analytics products, on amounts actually received, and a refund reverses it. Nothing is paid in connection with a rating, a tier, a rank, a confidence grade or the visibility features of a rated profile. Self-referral and a partner's own organisation are excluded. Partners do not bind IPRATE and hold no discount authority beyond codes IPRATE issues.

Commission is paid on IPRATE products, never on legal work. A partner that is itself a regulated professional firm confirms that participation is compatible with its own rules. The terms of use carry the programme clause; the partner agreement is versioned and accepted at application.

Questions

Does the programme cover ratings or profile visibility?

No. Subscriptions and features for rated firms and attorneys are outside the programme. The ratings are computed from official register outcomes under a published methodology, and no partner is paid in connection with them.

Can a partner influence a rating?

No. Partners introduce buyers of analytics products. Nothing a partner does reaches a score, a tier, a rank, a confidence grade or eligibility for a rating, and no partner holds discount authority beyond codes IPRATE issues.

What counts as an introduction?

An organisation the partner registers before it becomes a customer, or one that arrives through a link carrying the partner code. Registration is the primary basis; a carried code is the fallback. The attribution window and the commission are set out in the partner agreement.

Who sells and who delivers?

IPRATE. Partners do not resell, quote or deliver, and they do not bind IPRATE. They introduce, and IPRATE takes the conversation from there.

Is a cookie set?

No. A partner link carries the code in the URL and it is recorded on the object that is created: a report request or an order. Nothing is written to cookies or browser storage, which is why the programme needs no consent banner.
